RVUs themselves are just values—they don’t equal dollars until Medicare applies the conversion factor (CF)**.

Total RVU × Conversion Factor × Geographical Adjustment = Medicare Reimbursement
Step 1: Add the RVUs
wRVU + peRVU + mRVU = Total RVU
