October 1, 2012 - MGSI, a Tampa (Florida) based medical billing company with national presence, announced expansion of their services in the states of Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.

MGSI, already services clients in the states of California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. The 2 states of Wisconsin and Pennsylvania are in addition to these 19 states in which MGSI already offers its services to Physicians and Physician Groups.

September 17, 2012 - MGSI, a Tampa (Florida) based medical billing company with national presence, announced that it has signed two new clients located in Florida. MGSI will be providing end-to-end medical billing services to these clients. While one of the new customers is a single Provider Hospitalist practice, the other is a five provider multi–specialty Group.

These clients currently use the CureMD billing system and MGSI would continue to service them on the same platform. Anthony Maniscalco, CEO of MGSI says “MGSI has expertise on numerous medical billing software platforms like the Allscripts-Mysis Tiger, eClinical Works, OptumInsight CareTracker etc. With the addition of these two new clients on CureMD, MGSI would be expanding its skills and expertise with the CureMD platform and would be able to offer services on that medical billing software as well for future clients.”

In addition, other value added services like Managed Care contracting and Physician Credentialing would be made available to these new clients on an ‘as required’ basis.
