Brina Cabrera is President of MGSI.
With 25 years of experience in medical claims and receivable management, she provides unique and expert management of the staff.
Throughout her career, Ms. Cabrera has developed a well earned reputation for significantly reducing outstanding receivables and improving cash flow in private healthcare practices.
Her unique understanding and knowledge of the Misys PM and Tiger practice management systems allows her to effectuate operational policies and procedures to streamline the work process in both the physicians' offices and the offices of MGSI allowing for higher productivity.

Mr. Maniscalco, age 59, a co-founder of MGSI’, is a 1975 graduate of the University of South Florida. Mr. Maniscalco has nineteen years’ experience in running nationwide medical practice management companies with medical receivables and collections exceeding $100 million annually. Mr. Maniscalco has also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of First Bank & Trust Company; an FDIC insured state and federal chartered commercial bank, CEO of First Banc Mortgage Corporation that had annual revenues in excess of $35 million dollars and also has served as COO of two Healthcare Technology Companies with annual revenues in excess of $60 million. Mr. Maniscalco has also participated in the acquisition, development, and sale of over $150 million of real estate projects.

Mr. Maniscalco now serves as COO and is a board member of Lancet Indemnity, RRG.

Mr. McMahon, age 64, is a graduate of the University of San Francisco.  Mr. McMahon has been the Chief Financial Officer of MGSI since 2001, and   Mr. McMahon has also served Chief Financial Officer for several companies in the healthcare market including Cortex Communications. a Medical Continuing Education and Communications Company, Access Healthcare, Inc. a manufacturer of laboratory information systems, and Wellmark a medical billing and information company.
